“I’m an alum of Calder Classics Florence, Rome, and Tuscany programs. I’m a sophomore Classics and Religion major at UChicago studying Latin, Greek, and Sanskrit. The Calder travel programs motivated me to keep studying ancient literature by letting me connect texts with tangible places and art. (I also met my best friend in college through the Tuscany program!)
