Annie Costa graduated from New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study with a concentration in fiction writing. After working in fashion merchandising for many years, she left the start-up world for the classroom and received her M.A.T. from the Relay Graduate School of Education. Annie taught at KIPP NYC College Prep in the Bronx before relocating to New Hampshire, where she is the English Department Coordinator at Hanover High School and teaches English, composition, and rhetoric. Inspired by the Writers in Paris study abroad program she completed at N.Y.U., Annie has led writing-focused student trips to Florence, Italy, for several years.
